JonathanProud Glaswegians through and through, Jonathan's team never fits a system on assumption alone, working from a full heat-loss survey on every property and sourcing from local suppliers wherever they can, so the sizing's right before a single panel or pump goes in. You'll likely spot the team on the Saturday park run at Pollok Country Park, or queuing at Yummies for a Chinese on the way home.
MarkA decade serving the North East, and around 600 installations in, Mark's team brought a heating engineer's eye for detail with them into solar and heat pumps, and backs up every claim with monitored data from real installations. Apprentice Cameron was named Apprentice of the Year in 2025, proof of a team on the up, while the office runs on a steady diet of Smooth Radio and strong tea.
StuartFifteen years in, and Stuart's team knows the Scottish weather better than most, which is exactly why every solar and heat pump system they design is built to hold up against it: panels still generate plenty on a grey Scottish day, since it's daylight that matters, not direct sun, and heat pumps are sized to keep a home properly warm whatever the forecast throws at it. Off the tools, Stuart races cars competitively and rarely misses a meet, while the office runs on radio, Spotify and some famously average singing.
DanielleDanielle leads a team on a genuinely simple mission: helping local families escape fuel poverty and get their homes properly warm, one whole-house upgrade at a time. Every job they take on creates local jobs with training and employment built into each scheme, alongside solar, heat pumps, insulation and EV charging all done by people who live and work in the same communities they're helping.
Zac & LiamSince 2018, Zac and Liam have built a strong track record with over 900 solar and heat pump installations behind them, all starting with a technical survey rather than a standard template, which is what lets them take on trickier jobs most installers would turn down. Each year the team runs seasonal donation drives for the South Liverpool Foodbank and supports St Helens College and Liverpool Community College with donated equipment, helping the next generation get hands-on experience with the technology they'll be installing.
JamieJamie grew up on the South Coast and never left, and the team he's built runs on the same values: reputation first and honest advice, whether the question's about cost, roof suitability, or how a heat pump copes on a cold night. Most of the team are Southampton fans (a brave few Portsmouth supporters keep the rivalry alive), and every staff member gives an hour a week to local causes, a scheme started by marketing manager Yasmin, who volunteers with housing shelters in Bournemouth.
Winston & AineBased in Broadstairs and covering the South East for eight years, Winston and Aine have quietly built one of the strongest track records in the region: over 1,000 solar and heat pump installations combined, all built on the same promise of turning up when they say they will and doing the job properly. Being local means treating customers like neighbours, which is exactly why the team sponsors a girls' football team in Maidstone, backing grassroots sport in the community they call home.
SandySandy's lived and worked in Milton Keynes for years, and that closeness to the community shapes how the team operates: hundreds of solar and heat pump installations built on a reputation for answering the awkward question honestly. Operations manager Teddy makes handmade candles on the side, and Matthew on customer service is a proud MK Dons supporter through thick and thin.

MattExeter born and raised, Matt has worked across Devon since 2014, building a team that starts from scratch on every home rather than a template - they've even built a working heat pump into their Newton Abbot showroom so nervous customers can hear how quiet it really is. Off the clock, the team's Bristol Rovers loyalty runs deep, the fisherman's choir has a regular in its ranks, and there's always a cheeky kebab waiting at the end of a long install day.
GregorBased in Ayr and living locally himself, Gregor's family business has served South West Scotland for over 30 years, the last five spent bringing that same trusted name into solar and heat pumps, and employing local apprentices along the way who then spend their wages back in the community. That local commitment runs through everything from CARES grant work to sponsoring Ayr United and turning up on Ayrshire radio - a team every bit as invested in the area as the people they install for.
GregGreg has lived in the area his whole life, and after sixteen years the team's reputation reflects it: happy to talk you through solar as easily as heat pumps, and always honest that, designed and installed properly, a heat pump heats a British home just fine. The office runs on dance music, one of the crew bowls for England, and the door's always open for a cuppa and a chat, whether you're a customer or not.
RyanCovering the ground around Newbury for sixteen years, Ryan's team has fitted thousands of solar systems and a fair few heat pumps besides, building the kind of experience that means customers get straight, unhurried answers rather than a rushed sales pitch. It's a team full of characters too - Janet's a Swindon Town devotee, Michelle teaches body combat, and Matt recently hung up his boots after years managing Compton FC - with the cricket commentary a permanent fixture in the van.
ManojManoj went to school just down the road from where his showroom now stands in Alperton, and there's real pride in running a business from the same streets he grew up in. Working in energy efficiency since 2010 and expanding into solar, heat pumps, batteries and EV charging, they have 16+ years of experience helping homes in West London. As a Daikin Sustainable Home Centre, the team runs free training for engineers starting out in renewables and regularly welcomes local school and college students in for tours and career talks.
LeeLee's team has built its reputation across South Yorkshire the straightforward way: always sending an engineer to survey a home, never a salesperson, so customers get a proper answer on whether solar, a heat pump, or both together actually make sense. Off the clock, it's a mixed bag of characters - footballers, cricketers, a few horse riders - with plenty of good-natured banter between the different team allegiances.
